Welcome! We are in preparations for opening Galveston County’s only microbrewery.

We have been keeping things quiet while building our brew house and pursuing state and federal licensing. But our favorite Texas Beer Blogger (Paul Hightower of the Texas Beer News) recently tracked us down to get the scoop. And we also had our TABC notice published in the Galveston Daily News, so our stealth attack appears to be over.

We are huge fans of American Craft Beer, especially those brewed here in Texas and we look forward to doing our part in educating the masses that there are many, many better tasting options than the bland, mass-produced, pasteurized “beer water” being aggressively pushed by the “big boys.”

We probably will not be making any announcements for a while and there will be absolutely no brewery tours and visits before we get our pro card punched. But feel free to check back to this page for updates.
